Het bureau biosecurity is het nationaal kennispunt voor de overheid en voor organisaties waar met risicovolle biologische stoffen wordt gewerkt. Het doel van het bureau biosecurity is om het nieuwe biosecurity beleid van de overheid uit te dragen door onder andere workshops en voorlichting.
